yes educational qualification is necessary for candidates to contest an election in our country because if the people will not educated the will illiterate then they never thought that what is Wright and what is wrong like one leader tell that if I would be the government then I would must pass the 80 percentage studnet in class 10th and 12th because if these children would not pass then our country features will not devlope but one another party will tell that if I would pass these type of student then they never business on the another country because I can pass only in my country not out of country in these cases the uneducated people will thought that this government does not pass my child so will never elect this person
