Physical Change

A physical change is a change in which the physical properties of a substance, such as size, state, shape and colour change.

In a physical change, the original substance can be brought bake, for example, Alcohol vapour can be condensed to form Alcohol.

In a chemical change, a completely new substance is formed.

Here, alcohol remains alcohol.

Therefore, it is a physical change.
