Is every child born as a female in his/her mothers womb. Please give reasons

Well females have only X and X chromosome which is a female chromosome and males have one X and one Y so until the gametes of male does not fuse with that of female it will be female. Sex of a baby is determined by the chromosome if a male. If male chromosome is X and females already have X then it's a female if it's Y chromosome by male and X is already in females then it's a boy.
