hi here...........

I don't think so that every citizen in India is treated equally belong there are many constraints to the development of some people just because they are minorities and do not have the release of equality the recent example that a find is the rape case we know that one something happens to the politicians it's treated very quickly and hurriedly no delay in justice is there and the court and its doors seemed open 24 into 7 but when comes off the common people who suffer problems then we have dates dates and only date only dates are given justice is delayed and Justice is denied I think that equality in India exist only in constitution and not in the Real world.

hope it helps you ..... if yes like it and mark it as brainleist please.....dhashina:-)

Answer:

The belief in equality before the law is called legal egalitarianism. Thus, everyone must be treated equally under the law regardless of race, gender, national origin, color, ethnicity, religion, disability, or other characteristics, without privilege, discrimination or bias
