Natural numbers are positive integers (whole numbers) 1, 2, 3, etc., and zero as well.

Clearly, 3/2, 2/5, 1/7, 15/20, etc. are not included in natural numbers. They are rational numbers but they are not natural numbers.

Thus every rational numbers are natural number but not every natural number is rational.
