is grading system in high school effective

Grading can't evaluate the marks of each student but it's good to reduce the competition b/w student. Marks will be combined in a grade (or a range) .

Except for the letter grade 'E' not existing, the grading system is very intuitive and it aligns with other similar ratings in life. The scale is pretty consistent as well, with there being three “levels” for each letter grade (i.e. A-, A, A+).
