Gravity is always attractive for gravity force carry particles (Bosons: gravitons) which have spin 2.
But it also repulsive in case of spin 0 particles. That's like dark energy which causes expansion of Universe.

Bondi pointed out that a negative mass will fall toward (and not away from) '' normal'' matte, since although the gravitational force is repulsive, the negative mass(according to Newton' s law, F=MA) responds by accelerating in the opposite of the direction of the force.
