is gravity work on Quantum level, if it is work so explain it?

Thus, we are forced to surmise, at least till now,that gravity is not quantized and it does notwork on a quantum level, ie it is not a quantuminteraction, like the electromagnetic, weak or strong interactions. There are no quanta which are responsible for mediating this force.

it's the physics that explains how everything works: the best description we have of the nature of the particles that make up matter and the forces with which they interact. Quantum physics underlies how atoms work, and so why chemistry and biology work as they do.
