Is "having butterflies in your stomach" just an expression or experience? Cause I've been experiencing it a lot these days....it maybe anxiety... maybe it!! ;)

Having butterflies in your stomach is an idiom dat is used when a person is nervous or excited to do something....for eg when one has to perform on d stage one can experience butterflies in stomach becoz ur very nervous to do dat act
