Coronary artery disease isn't an inevitable part of growing older. A healthy lifestyle that includes exercise, a healthy diet, and not smoking goes a long way to preventing it, especially when started at a young age.

The cardiovascular diseases or heart diseases included a wide range of problems.


There is a misconception among the people that when people get old heart diseases are inevitable.


Healthy diet and proper routine and lifestyle can help people avoid heart diseases to a great extend.


It’s not only the age which induces heart diseases.
