Is heaven and hell really ?if yes then what is proof and if no then what happened after death

Hell and heaven are Hypothetical words which is said that our spirit would go to hell or heaven after death. It also said that if we do good things we go to heaven and bad things we go to Hell.

Nobody can't say that these things are in real .

In reality heaven and hell does not exist
In reality no soul is there inside the body
Actually our body is like a machine and after death body is of no use like when machine is of no use after its life
