Homology,
Yes,human heart is considered as a homologous organ.
Now let me explain,
Homology is the structural similarity seen in many animals denoting the common ansistor.
Like : humans, bats and birds have fore limbs and are quite similar in structure.Which means that we,bats and even birds are evolved from a common ansistor which had this features.
Humans, horses, chimpanzee and even the mice that had stolen your cheese has a lung that is quite similar (four chambered) in structure.
So it can be said that heart is a homologous organ.
Additional : Analogy is the similarity of function in two or more than two different species.
It may not be similar in structure.
I.e. the wings of a dragonfly and the wings of a bird, both are used for flight but huge difference in structure.
That's it
Hope it helped (ヽ´ω`)
