In fact pattern of neet cant be predicted since every year it is changing....bt from previous year experience I can guess(not neccesary to be in this year...anyway I wrote neet 2019 so I can tell u something)

last yr 14 qs come from human physiology and 7 qs come from plant physiology. When taking the whole biology lessons we can say that genetics and ecology combined, animal and plant physiology is the most imp portions from bio ( in 2019 and 2018 max qs come from gentics and evolution combined and human physiology than plant physiology..bt this yr its not sure as pattern is going to change this yr sometimes(since aiims and jipmer is with neet) so i think its better to study human physiology first (all chapters in human physiology is equally important) then study genetics and evolution chapters ( both genetics 1 and 2) then after study plant physiology(photosynthesis,repiration , anatomy,morphology are important) . First by heart whole ncert text book word by word then after if u have time refer another books for additional information(only after completeing ncert),focus each and every diagram in ncert and also its labelling
