No.. it is not correct to say that the earth moves with a constant velocity... The earth moves around the sun in a circular path for which the direction if motion changes at every point and that is why the velocity is not uniform.. But the speed is uniform.. hence it can be called as A Uniform Circular Motion.... But it doesn't move with Uniform Velocity because of the Above stated reason..
