nope it's not like that, put your full effort, work hard to score more than 95 in icse and you can .......

No, it's really not difficult.... If u put in ur total effort by concentrating only on ur studies and keeping all ur leisure time and useless things aside, u can easily score 97 percentage.... But for that u need to relate all the chapters and use ur brain to answer the questions.....
