only making of laws is not enough. To implement it the co ordination of the citizens is needed with the government.
Citizens should react positively to it
unless it beneficiary to d citizen...citizen should interrupt in govt's decision to establish a healthy democracy nd to held d govt accountable towards it's citizens
but what if the citizens are happy with the laws
yup...i hv mentioned that only if d citizens r benificiary of law☺
