No it is not essential to learn all programming language only a few of them which serves different purposes must be learned .
Programming languages are invented by humans. There are many many programming languages . even you can create one of your own . its just that the one which provides more facilities and are userfriendly . however some programming languages are closer to the computer language such as C++ . one should learn such languages .
