is it good to do exercise at night during bed time?

Yes You should exercise at night but not on high exercise u should only walk after eating food, have leg and hand exercise and also drink plenty of water.....

exercise may be done at any point of the day. It varies from person to person. Doctors say that it is necessary to do exercise but the time of the exercise is not very crucial. however do consult your physician about the interval of exercise.
