Is it justificable to name an ocean after the name of oir country?

well no country can provide their country's name to any ocean as no state owns any ocean. but in some cases it is done on the basis of land boundaries like indian ocean is named after india as india has the longest land boundry over this ocean but since no country or no group had or have any grievance towards it so there is no reason to create mess about it
