Widow hood do not grant leagal status to a hindu girl bron from same father (real sister)to marry brother .

In some religion sister born from same father and different women can marry if certain other conditions fulfilled .

In other religion and cast certain class of girls comming in grade of sister - marriages are going on .Even sisters daughter is first preference or first choice in some area .
