It is not need for learning programming for Black Hat Hackers.
It is said that, If we know programming and coding, then only we can make apps and websites as well as do Hacking. But, This is not a truth. Today, there are so many apps which are available for Hacking purposes. Some Apps are Legally Launched and some are illegal apps.
For being a Black Hat Hackers, we should know the Basics of Computer Programming. It means, you should not have to learn Programming and coding totally. You will have to learn Basics of programming and computer.
For Hacking purposes lot of applications are available on internet. Hackers uses Tor Browser and Dark net for Hacking. And, Normal user of computer knows about Tor browsers.
If Black Hat hacker have to do High level Anonymous Hacking, then That needs to be perfect in Programming language Python and Java. If we have to make a career in Hacking, then we should start learning Hacking from Now. Because, today competition can't be imagine.
