I think Yes, it is necessary to reduce population growth or family size because if the population size increases then the demand of resources present on earth will also increase which will cause difficulty to our future generations. Nowadays, just because of increase in population growth the number of vehicles are also increasing which is causing pollution and also consuption of petrol and diesel is increasing by which petrol and diesel are at the verge of being extinct. So, that's why I think that it is necessary to reduce population growth or family size.
