Is it possible for an object at constant acceleration and zero velocity?

ur question is not right . please check ur question ...
mujhe lagta hai ki object ke baad ...move at bhi ana chahiye tha agar aise hua to ..
yes; it is possible for an object to move at any constant velocity even when the net external force on it is zero

Yes...when an object is thrown upwards then at the topmost point the velocity is zero whereas the acceleration is still the constant that is 9.8 m/s^2.
