Hey mate.
Here ia your answer-

Let breadth of the rectangle= x
Length= x+4cm.

A.T.Q length and breadth are increased by 3cm and new area of rectangle= 81sq.cm
We know that-
Length×Breadth= Area.

i.e. x+4+3cm × x+3cm= 81sq.cm
= x+7cm × x+3cm= 81sq.cm
= 2x+21cm= 81sq.cm
= 2x= 81sq.cm-21cm
= 2x= 60cm
= x= 60cm/2
= x= 30cm answer.

Therefore, Length of rectangle= 30cm+7cm= 37cm.
Breadth= 30cm×3=33cm

Hope it helps!!!!
