Is it possible that a trait is inherited but may not be expressed in the next generation ? Give a suitable example to justify this statement....

yes it may be cause but in rare case.In most cases all trait are expressed in the next generation.

Yes, it is possible that a trait is inherited but may not expressed in next generation.For example,when pure tall pea plants are crossed with pure dwarf pea plants, only tall plants are obtained in F! generation.
