Firstly , discuss what is speed and velocity ...
SPEED - It is the distance travelled per unit time.
VELOCITY - It is the distance travelled per unit time in a particular direction.
So, the question is ,, Is it possible that speed is constant but velocity is changing ?
SO, the answer is yes, because when speed is constant ,i.e its magnitude is constant and velocity is changing i.e. its direction is changing. so speed remains the same but velocity i.e. direction is changing.
