Is it possible to construct a quadrilateral FAST with FA=3.5 cm ,AS=4.5 cm,ST=6 cm, TF=6.5 cm and the diagonal FS=9.5 cm?If not,give reasons.

No, it is not possible to construct a quadrilateral FAST because the diagonal FS does not intersect the arc of side AS. Without intersecting the arcs, it is never possible to construct it.
