1)Draw one of the diagram AC=7cm as base.

2)Draw perpendicular bisector of AC which intersects at 0.

3)Take 0 as center and cut an arc of OD=5cm above and OB=5cm below the bisector line

4)join AD, BC, AB, and BC

Hence,ABCD is the required rhombus.
