sum of 2 smaller sides must be greater than third side
3cm+2.6cm= 5.6cm
5.6cm<6cm
so, triangle cannot be constructed. .

No because the sum of two sides should be more than the 3rd but here 3+2.6=5.6which is less than 6.1 cm
