A irregular polygon can have any measure
but for a regular polygon sum of interior angles is 2n-4 ×90
so
2n-4 ×90 = 1030
2n-4=1030/90
=103/9
which will ultimately come in fractions. .
and no. of sides can not come in fractions, they have to be a whole no.
therefore it is not possible
Hope it helpss
