Is it possible to have accelerated motion with constant
speed?
Answers
Answer:
YES, circular motion with constant speed is the one of the example of circularmotion with constant velocity. explanation- in circular motion with constant speed, the magnitute of speed is constant but direction ofmotion changes so that, acceleration is produce.

Answer:
Yes , It is possible to have accelerated motion with constant speed. Let's take the following example to understand clearly :
A body is undergoing Uniform Circular Motion.
That particle goes in specified circular trajectory. The object moves with constant speed.
But the object also experiences Centripetal acceleration directed radially inwards towards the centre.
Since the Centripetal acceleration vector is at an angle of 90° with the Velocity vector , hence the magnitude of Velocity vector remains same. It's the direction of Velocity vector that just changes.
Thus its a perfect example of constant speed but accelerated motion.
