A body is undergoing Uniform Circular Motion.

That particle goes in specified circular trajectory. The object moves with constant speed.

But the object also experiences Centripetal acceleration directed radially inwards towards the centre.

Since the Centripetal acceleration vector is at an angle of 90° with the Velocity vector , hence the magnitude of Velocity vector remains same. It's the direction of Velocity vector that just changes.

Thus its a perfect example of constant speed but accelerated motion.
