No, it's never possible to know the exact path of an electron in any orbital. The essence of quantum mechanics is that it's probabilistic. In that sense, no matter which orbital an electron is in, one can never predict it's position. Additionally, for a 2p, one has 3 degenerate shapes for the orbital along 3 principal axes and hence its even more difficult to predict the position of the electron.

However for a p orbital we do know some regions where the electron can't be

present,I.e., where the probability of finding the electron is 0. But there is no proper subset of the orbital where the probability of finding the electron is 1.
