if your power of your spectacles are high then it may take a long time to cure. but if the power is not that much high it will be cured soon by home methods such as vitamin a rich foods. eat regularly. it will take 1-2years to cure...

by texting I can't explain the exercises but you should check it in the internet... you will get the complete details of the exercises.. and do those exercises regularly in the morning and afternoon for 20-30 minutes for 1-2 years along with vitamin A rich foods
