No, as of now there is no such technology but scientists are researching on this, who knows one day this might be possible.

NO this is not possible at all because, DNA molecules or Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid is a self replicating material .In terms of modifiaction of zygote level would not affect any ageing terms. but still research is going on among this this topic.
