No ,because now a days rain is acidic .Due to which rain can conduct electricity due to hydrogen atoms present in it. If electrician repair during heavy rain they can get a fantastic shock which can make him free from life.

no it is very unsafe for electrical repair to carry out electrical appliances during heavy rainfall the rainwater has dissolved salt and they pass electic current through electrical repair and give him electrical shick so it is very harmless
