is it true that on our earth scattering of lights is only due to unfresh or polluted air not with fresh air ?

yes, it is one of the reasons. Other may be different layers of atmosphere due to which we even see the stars twinkling,otherwise they wiuld not appear to us as twinkling...rather would just appear to shine.......hope it helps...pls mark as brainlist answer..
