Yes,According to a switzerland - based leading environmental group called the International union for conservation of Nature ,
A rare tree frog from Panama ,a rodent from Madagascar and two lizards found only in the philippines are among over 17,000 species threatened with extinction.

The group said that Rabb's fringe limbed tree frog which was discovered only four year ago by scientist ,is one among 1,895 amphibian species which could soon disappear from the wild due to deforestation and infection .

the group survey 47,677 plant snd animal for this year Red list endangered species ,concluding that 17,291 of them are at risk of extinction .
