it is totally correct . We humans are responsoble for degradation of quality of water . yes it is all because of us . the places where water is present we are wasting it we should ask the value of it from people who do not have water to drink . in our country also there are many places where people have no water for utilisation they are using recycled water for drinking then how can we dream health for all .
