Centrosomes are associated with the nuclear membrane during the prophase stage of the cell cycle. In mitosis the nuclear membrane breaks down and the centrosome nucleated microtubules can interact with the chromosomes to build the mitotic spindle.

Centrosomes play a very major role in cell division. They give rise to spindle fibers that interacts with chromosomes during cell division.

So the answer to this question is very clear that if a body lacks centrosomes, there will be no place to organize microtubules which ultimately affect the overall cell division of cells.
