no led is not a panic conductor

yes..led is a non ohmic conductor since it doent obey ohms law and the I-V curve for LED are curve .conductors which obey ohms law are called ohmic conductors and for these conductors I-V graph will be a straight line

yes LED is indeed a non ohmic conductor because for non ohmic there is no easy way to find its resistance using ohm-meter....
