Yes it may be possible that there is life on other planets.due to following reasons
1)earth like planets are discovered more.
2) water is there but in the form of a solid.
3)gases are present in the other planets.. in that only few are good gase. thanks that r suitable for us.
But it is not till sure that the life is there at outer planets ...

No it is not at all possible to be in other planets because like earth, the outer planets does not contain water and air(oxygen).
And the second reason is there is no force of
gravity in other planets. So we will not be able to stand and we start flying.
