Mahatma Gandhi ji cannot be decided whether he was radical or moderate because there were different situations where he need to be radical as well as moderate.
He can be call moderate when there was need for demand by INC to the Britishers by prayers or petitions but can be called as radical when it is about the topic of civil disobedience movement.
According to that he can be included both in radical as well as in moderates
