I think no these cannot be added to best of 4 subject as these subjects are not so neccessay for our education ....
these can be counted to the extra subject ,according to the will of a student ..

Hello, Music and physical education will be treated as academic/elective only for honours courses in music and physical education respectively. ... On choosing Physical Education, there is deduction of 2.5 per cent in the percentage of best of four.
