it will not survive because vasiline doesnt allow the leaf to respire as the atomato will be closed.vaseline forms a layer on leaf.

If Leaves of healthy potted plant were coated with Vaseline to block the stomata then that plant will not remainhealthy for long and die rapidly also. ...vaseline layer prevent the plant from receiving sunlight.
