IS PLUTO THE SATTELITE OF NEPTUNE? WHY OR WHY NOT?

NO.....Pluto is not the satellite of Neptune because it already has its 5 moons.it is considered as a dwarf planet and it is half the size of America.its largest moon is Charon which is half the size of Pluto .
