is public distribution system helpful in fighting against corruption (please write in 6-8 sentences)

it can be both it can help in removing corruption as well as bringing corruption . if the dealers of the PDS are wise and honest corruption can be stopped but if they are not and do malpractice they will be not fighting against the PDS system
