Is radius of gyration of a body is constant quantity?

No it’s not b cause acceleration due to gravity differ at different places it is maximum at poles and minimum at the equator

Radius of gyration = k=
 \sqrt{i \div m}
That is, it depends upon moment of inertia , mass.
Hence I think it's not a constant
