Is rainwater or distilled water a pure substance?

Out of rain water and distilled water, distilled water is pure substance. Rain water basically consists of gases like carbon dioxide, oxygen, oxides of nitrogen and sulphur etc dissolved in water, and therefore should be regarded as a mixture and pure compound.
