Hi!
Abstract nouns are words which cannot be done by any of the five senses or cannot be heard, touched, seen, smelled or tasted. These words can only be expressed as emotions. Example--innocence.
Innocence is an abstract noun that describes that the person is not guilty in anyway or the quality or state of being innocent, freedom from sin and moral wrong.
Now coming back to your question, 'rudeness' is an abstract noun which comes from the adjective 'rude' and which also cannot be done by the five senses but can be felt emotionally. Meaning---someone who is rude or insulting to some other person which can also show impoliteness.
Thank You
