For me hardwork is more important. Because in smartwork you work smartly and you got your result but for short term and you forgot it easily. But in hardwork you repeat one thing again and again until the result's outcome is right and it will be saved in your mind for long period of time. For eg:- If we take an example of maths, you done a sum with your smartwork and you will remember it for a short period of time. But when you do a sum again and again with hardwork you will remember that sum and the result.
